Shipping & returns


Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us here at The Garden World. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund online or in store. The Garden World is not responsible for return postage fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Online purchases may be returned in-store if receipt is present.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns accepted past our 14 days period.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to you in the original form of payment.


All items with tags attached may be returned for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The receipt must be present, no exceptions. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered). In-store credit will be applied to customer store account or to a gift card, neither of which ever expire. Refund at purchase price may be issued 1 business day after purchase date. Receipt must be present. 


The Garden World will notify you via email once your return/exchange has been processed. Please note: we will not begin processing the refund until the product has arrived. Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 1 week for your refund to be processed from the date we inspect it for return. Depending on your credit card company's processing time it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. 



Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.



Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. 



Orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of ordering, with occasional items taking 48 hours to process. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). We ship to the lower 48 states.
